What we offer
Three girls.
All of William Shakespeare’s words.
Lunacy, speed, flips, tricks, stunts.
All for a nickel.
Players for hire at your event
The Nickel Shakespeare Girls started in 1999 at the North Carolina Renaissance Faire. Players for hire, we will come to your Faire, festival, school or event in a duo or in a trio. We approach patrons, we ask them to name any Shakespeare play, and we perform something of that play right on the spot.
We include clown work, choral work, fight work, acrobatics, special requests and songs and just about anything that anybody can try and stump us with. We play all day. We can dress to any period, and perform in any conditions. We are a hoot and we mean it.
